*ACB Jammu books DySP rank officer in disproportionate assets case* Jammu, Jun 26 : The Anti-Corruption Bureau Jammu has registered a case against a police officer, serving as deputy superintendent in Jammu and Kashmir police, over disproportionate assets . In a statement, issued to media, a spokesperson said that ACB filed a case against Chanchal Singh, who is serving as deputy superintendent in Jammu & Kashmir Police, for acquiring huge assets disproportionate to his known source of income. The statement reads that the verification so conducted has revealed that the accused officer during his posting at lucrative posts and indulging in corrupt practices, has accumulated various moveable and immoveable properties in his own name and in the names of his family members and relatives as well as benami properties.It added that properties include immovable properties comprising of residential houses, plots, shops, business establishment in different Districts of Jammu province and two hotels located in di
