St. Xavier’s Convent School Kathua felicitated the meritorious students who had outshined in CBSE board Examination 2024 and had brought laurels to both school and parents. Fr. Dominic Principal of the school congratulated all the Students, Staff and Parents for 100% result in both 10th and 12th Classes. He honoured the meritorious students by giving them a flower bud as a token of love and appreciation. He gave a brief report and highlighted achievements of the students of Class 10th and 12th in CBSE board Examination 2024. He in his address praised and appreciated the hard work put in by the students and teaching staff of the school.
In class 10th total 145 students appeared out of which 11 students secured above 90%, 60 students secured distinctions, 117 students secured first division. In class 12th a total of 84 students appeared in exam, 3 students got above 90%, 33 students got distinctions and 75 students got first division. Prisha Gupta of class 10th got 95% marks and stood 1st position in the school, Megha Sharma got 93.4% stood 2nd position in school and Simarjot Kour got 93% and secured 3rd position in the school. In 12th class Kashish Thakur became topper of the school in Non-Medical Stream by securing 94% marks. Samiya Mahajan secured 93.8% in Commerce stream and Shivam Proch became 3rd topper of the school by getting 90% marks in Medical Stream. Vice Principal Sr. Ann Maria, also spoke on the occasion and wished them all good luck for their future. She thanked all the parents for their moral support to school.
In the end she thanked the media persons and parents who had witnessed the programme.
